Youth Continuum is just that– a continuum of care and support to help young people in New Haven thrive. We assist youth with housing, state care management, securing basic needs, education, employment, skill development, emotional health, and more. Programs and services are free and confidential.

Emergency Housing Programs
For youth who have been unhoused for some time, or for youth who are recently unhoused for the first time. In either scenario, we provide youth with a case manager to assist with finding more permanent housing.Learn More

Behind every data point is a young person experiencing homelessness. They are fleeing dangerous living environments, struggling with substance use, aging out of state care, and at risk of sexual violence and trafficking.
