Our Programs
Youth Continuum is just that– a continuum of care and support to help young people in New Haven thrive. We assist youth with housing, state care management, securing basic needs, education, employment, skill development, emotional health, and more. Programs and services are free and confidential.
Community Support Programs
Provides counseling, case management, and a full range of gateway services, including emergency food and clothing, parenting supplies, laundry facilities, and computer lab.
Learn MoreEmergency Housing Programs
For youth who have been unhoused for some time, or for youth who are recently unhoused for the first time. In either scenario, we provide youth with a case manager to assist with finding more permanent housing.
Learn MoreHousing Programs
Short- and long-term housing focused on helping youth build life skills and offering ongoing clinical and case management support to help youth become independent and exit the homeless service system.
Learn MoreTherapeutic Group Homes
We provide counseling, life skills training, academic support and enrichment to prepare youth to re-enter family, community, and independent living.
Learn MoreYouth Engagement Programs
We provide advocacy and peer support in order to make the homeless experience rare, brief, and one-time.
Learn MoreOur Impact
Behind every data point is a young person experiencing homelessness. They are fleeing dangerous living environments, struggling with substance use, aging out of state care, and at risk of sexual violence and trafficking. With your help, we provide a continuum of care that includes a safe bed, transitional housing, and a path to independence.
