Programs and Services
We are so much more than just shelter for youth – we offer resources for basic needs; personal, professional, and academic development; assistance with navigating state and healthcare systems; and many different housing options to meet any circumstance. When you contact Youth Continuum for help, we will work with you to understand your individual experience to determine which program and/or housing type is the best fit for you.
Whether you are in a living situation you might have to leave soon, or have been unhoused for some time – or anything in between – we can help. We are here for support.
All of our services are free and confidential, and you do not need health insurance. Call us at (203) 777-8445 ext. 2. If you get a voicemail, make sure to leave your name and phone number so we can reach you.
